Moscow

Moscow is the capital of our country. It's administrative, economic, political and educational center. Moscow has a populations of about 9 millions peoples. The his-tory of Moscow began in the years 1147. The present-day Moscow is the seat of the government of the Russia. President of Russia lives and works here. Moscow is not only political center. It is also the center of the industrial and cul-tural life of Russia. Moscow has thousands of factories. What they make is not used in the capital only. Different machines, cars, watches, clothes, toys and very many other things go to all parts of the country. There are a lot of libraries in Moscow. The state library, is one of the biggest in the world. The museums, art gallery, theatres and monuments make our capital a world cul-tural center. Every day thousands of people visit the Memorial of the great Patriotic War, the Pushkin museum of Fine arts and the Tretyakov Gallery. Moscow is also a great transport center. Trains and plains come to the capital every day from all parts of Russia and from other countries. Our capital is a port of five seas. We are proud of Moscow.
